I’m a 4th-generation Seattleite with deep roots in this city I call home. I am also a woman of color who cannot separate my identity from how I move through the world. My lived experience drives how I lead, how I challenge systems, how I build trust in relationships, and how I discern what is right and just. DEI is not optional; it’s integrated into how I execute all my work. 

When I’m not untangling organizational knots, you’ll find me at OrangeTheory (yes, I’m hooked), enjoying a good martini (olives), reading (or audiobooks), traveling (anywhere/everywhere), binging a crime drama (the British do this well) or spending time with my daughter (Miko)—my favorite role of all.
